However, the trailer description of the film has recently changed from ‘a story of 32,000 women’ to a story of three women. This started another round of debate.
The Kerala Story’ Box Office Collection
Adah Sharma-starrer The Kerala Story is performing brilliantly at the box office. The film, directed by Sudipto Sen, is inching closer to Rs 70 crore and as per early estimates has collected a total of around Rs 68.86 crore on its sixth day of release. Kerala Story collected Rs 8.03 crore on Day 1, Rs 11.22 crore on Saturday, Rs 16.40 crore on Sunday, Rs 10.07 crore on Monday and Rs 11.14 crore on Tuesday. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film has collected around Rs 12 crore on Wednesday.
